DESCRIPTION:

The climbing area of Pezas is 12 km from Agios Nikolaos and it is an important area for sports climbing on Crete.The climbing field consists of 4 boulders, the orientation of the three (MINOAS, TALOS, HISTORY) is such that it can climb somebody all year round and all day. Route development is from 15 meters up to 30 meters. The rock is solid limestone.The creation of the field is still in progress, but there are many routes that can satisfy climbers of all levels. What makes the area special is the panoramic view of Agios Nikolaos! Climbing is done specifically in the TALOS rock where there are 18 ready difficulty routes from 4b to 8b +.
